  • Legal notice is prepared meeting all requirements of the publishing statute of Florida.
  • Place the publication notice in one newspaper of general circulation.
  • Obtain affidavits of publication from the newspaper.
  • Affidavit of publication is emailed directly then original is forwarded via USPS to client.
